•1 stick of butter at room temperature
•1 egg
•1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
•1 18oz. Box of moist chocolate cake mix
•Confectioners’ sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Mix ingredients adding one thing at a time. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up batter. Roll batter into tablespoon sized balls and roll in confectioners’ sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Cookies will still be soft and “gooey”. Let cool and sprinkle with more confectioners’ sugar if desired.
